Effective, January 1, 2008 Interstate Tires changed its official name to the INTERSTATE TIRE & RUBBER CO. because of the solid growth worldwide; Interstate has changed its organisation to ensure better service to its customers.
The two shareholders; Gerard van Oers (CEO) and Theo de Vries (Vice President) will continue to invest heavily in terms of production, technology and service.
